To help you along the way, I want to give you the opportunity to do a book study of Healing from Hidden Abuse with others who are also on the same path.     BY SIGNING UP AND/OR ATTENDING A BOOK STUDY GROUP YOU ARE DEEMED TO ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    Neither MAST Publishing House nor Shannon Thomas scrutinizes or otherwise checks the backgrounds of any participant of the book study groups (“Groups”). We make no warranties or representations whatsoever as to the conduct of participants. You acknowledge and agree that IN NO EVENT WILL MAST PUBLISHING HOUSE OR SHANNON THOMAS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, GENERAL, COMPENSATORY, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND/OR INCIDENTAL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONDUCT OF YOU OR ANYONE ELSE IN ATTENDANCE OF A GROUP, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, BODILY INJURY, AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM MEETINGS OR COMMUNICATIONS WITH OTHER ATTENDEES / PARTICIPANTS OF THE GROUP. You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other attendees, and particularly if you decide to meet one-on-one outside of the Group.

    If you believe a Group or another attendee / participant is unsafe, you will immediately discontinue your participation. You FULLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, INJURIES AND DAMAGES, WHICH YOU MAY SUFFER AS A RESULT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE GROUP(S) AND/OR SUBSEQUENT MEET UPS.

    You agree not to initiate any claim whatever against MAST Publishing House or Shannon Thomas as a result of any of our Groups.

    Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shannon Thomas, MAST Publishing House, and its officers, directors, shareholders, consultants, agents, employees, partners, affiliates, licensees and subsidiaries from any and all third-party losses, claims, damages, expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees), actions, proceedings, liabilities or investigations (whether formal or informal), or threats thereof, based upon, relating to, or arising in connection with your attendance of / participation in any of our Groups, as well as communications or meetings that you arrange of your own volition and on your own time with others who have participated in a Group.
